This plan builds on the previous plans from 2016 -2018 and 2018-2021 and takes us to the end of the Big Local programme in 2026.

Sandwell Community Information & Participation Service (LTO) – Locally Trusted Organisation
Our Locally Trusted Organisation (LTO) during the ‘Getting Started’ stage and during the delivery of the first plan has been SCIPS, both in terms of holding our funding and also providing support to us. During this time we as a partnership have been satisfied with SCIPS performance and have demonstrated they ‘Get’ the resident led ethos of Big Local.
Green Spaces in the HCBL area
Following a consultation of one of the green spaces across the area, and to gain more data around the needs of the children in the area. The Partnership group have agreed to trial ‘pop up’ play sessions across the following Green Spaces:
Somerset Green
Kesteven Green
The ‘Milky’
Marsh Lane/ Westminster Road

We developed a vision based on the strengths within our community, the opportunities as we saw them, and our aspirations for the future.

Our Plan
The Big Local Programme is a 10 year programme for your area.
The partnership group is led by local residents who either live, work or volunteer in the Hateley Heath/Stone Cross area. The partnership group meet regularly to discuss and agree where the money should be spent within your area.
